A number of tools can be useful to change our internal dialog, ranging from daily affirmations, self-hypnosis, audio guided imagery and relaxation… Below are listed the commercial sites of a few of the more popular tools.
We do not have large studies on the effectiveness of these techniques; I think that the key is finding something that ‘fits’, so that the person is able to stick with it for long enough for change to occur.
